Job Summary
UBL Bank invites applications for the position of Branch Operations Manager for its multiple branches located in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform/ lead assigned staff in conducting financial and non financial transactions .
- Monitoring & resolution of service level delivery with internal business partners (CPU & lines of business).
Required Skills
- Bachelors or equivalent degree and relevant experience. Professional certification would be an added advantage.
- Must have two or more years experience of multiple functions in branch operations .
- Managing, Coaching, & mentoring of staff to achieve above median score for the branch on the CS Score Card.
