Job Summary

UBL is currently accepting applications against the positon of Branch Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform/ lead assigned staff in conducting financial and non financial transactions as per the roles defined in the Branch Model Transaction matrix. 
  • Identify and follow up on business acquisition opportunities, and managing a prospects list in the branches catchment area.
  • Identify and follow up on cross sell leads identified during daily transaction handling.
  • Managing, Coaching and mentoring to staff to achieve above median score for the branch on the CS Score Card.
  •  

Required Skills
  • Previous successful roles in sales and CS at CT/CSOM/YFPB levels.
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree and relevant experience.
  • Professional certification would be an added advantage.
