The National Institute of Banking And Finance State Bank Of Pakistan invites application for the position of Associate Manager outreach and Implementation .

National Institute of banking and finance (NIBAF) has launched National Financial Literacy Program for Youth (NFLP-Y). Basic aim of program is to impart essential financial education to Pakistani youth and school going children for strengthening of their money management skills and understanding of financial matters. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Monitor branch financial activities, performing audits, reviewing reports, and managing cash levels.
• Hire, train, and supervise customer service representatives and financial service managers.
• Enforce bank regulations and oversee bank security measures.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent from HEC recognized university/institute in Business Administration/Economics/Development Finance/Information Technology/Project Management or other relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Maximum age limit is 45 years.
