Job Summary

  • Providing executive support in a one-on-one working interaction with the    top management.
  • Carrying out liaison with the board of directors and senior management; possessing the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
  • Providing input to the senior management for preparation of daily scheduling, commitments of the executive and keep them informed accordingly.
  • Keeping record of executive’s official & personal commitments/affairs including private & official visits.
  • Managing Oversees/Inland visits of the executive including handling of Visa, Passports & tickets etc.
  • Keeping record of personal documentation of the executive.
  • Ideal age bracket : 35 - 40 years old.

Required Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to independently draft and compose correspondence as directed by the executive, ensuring quality content.
  • Confidence and agility in dealing with senior management. 
  • Successful track record in administrative roles with prominent companies.
