Providing executive support in a one-on-one working interaction with the top management.
Carrying out liaison with the board of directors and senior management; possessing the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Providing input to the senior management for preparation of daily scheduling, commitments of the executive and keep them informed accordingly.
Keeping record of executive’s official & personal commitments/affairs including private & official visits.
Managing Oversees/Inland visits of the executive including handling of Visa, Passports & tickets etc.
Keeping record of personal documentation of the executive.
Ideal age bracket : 35 - 40 years old.
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
Ability to independently draft and compose correspondence as directed by the executive, ensuring quality content.
Confidence and agility in dealing with senior management.
Successful track record in administrative roles with prominent companies.
