Job Summary
New Horizon Computers is looking for an individual to work as Administrative Assistant at their Karachi office.The responsibilities are given below
- Attend and follow-up service complaints until queries are resolved. Liaise with Technical team to sort service complaints. Maintain service complaints call logs.
- Maintains incoming & outgoing equipment details, maintain log and data entry
- Organize and coordinate nationwide meetings, conferences & workshops
- Taking meeting minutes, prepare, circulate and follow-up to ensure work is done and timelines are met
- Maintains, organize and keep updated physical and electronic documents efficiently
- Handle confidential documents by ensuring they remain secure
- Liaise with accounts department for utilities bills and contract payments
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management and team members
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect timely to concerned staff / convey messages
- Prepare, handle, track, maintain log and prioritize all outgoing and incoming courier, shipments &
Required Skills
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, coordination, and time-management skills
- Well-organized with ability to track multiple projects and deadlines and multitasking
