Job Summary

The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for developing assessment items for students and for creating and maintaining high standards and a congenial learning environment in schools. He/she will provide support and guidance for classroom instruction, curriculum enrichment and ongoing assessment of teaching and learning process. S/he will also be responsible for facilitating teachers in professional development.

 

Required Skills

The ideal candidate must have 16 years of education in English, preferably with professional degree e.g., M.Ed/B.Ed, and a minimum of 03 years teaching experience at a reputable institution. The candidate should have effective communication, strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and ICT integration with teaching/learning is desirable.
